27 January 2015 I am getting the income from Commission from LIC other government agencies i filed return under ITR 4 before due date claiming refund of Rs 6092/- Actual refund was Rs. 11291/- (TDS deducted Rs. 11291 But in Fund claimed Rs. 6092/- Balance Refund 5199/-)
Department has passed order under Section 143 (1) and given the Refund of Rs. 6092/- My query can i file my revised return with claiming the balance refund Rs. 5199/- and under which section ?

28 January 2015 Revised return cannot be filed in your case since return has already been processed u/s 143(1) and refund claimed by you has been released. Rectification also is not possible since no fresh claim can be made in rectification.

29 January 2015 i am not agree with you for above opinion i can't claim the balance refund why tds was deducted from my income and this has to refund by department in every situation.

29 January 2015 revised return can be filed even when sec 143(1) notice or intimation is provided as that is not final assessment order.
