MY QUERY IS WHETHER REVERSE TAX MECHANISM ( IN RESPECT OF MAN POWER SULLPLY, SECURITY SERVICES , WORKS CONTRACT) APPLICABLE TO APARTMENT OWNERS ASSOCIATION ?

Reverse charge mechanism would apply when an individual, AOP, BOI, firm, HUF provides these services to a business entity (company)

If provided to any other person like non business entity then no reverse charge is applicable.
