Hello everyone
I am working in partnership firm. i just receive bill from lawyer for sales tax assessment , return and accounting charges. can i pay service tax under reverse charge mechanism. Is it applicable of any type of service of lawyer.

Reverse charge is applicable only when service is provided by a lawyer to a business entity.
However, if the turnover of the entity during the previous year does NOT exceed Rs. 10 lakhs then the service is exempt.
