We are a private limited company involved in works contract . we are giving sub contract ( labor contract ) to some individuals and partner ship firms who is not having not service Tax registration . I want to knew Where any service tax is
Applicable to us as a awarder ?. if yes What is the Rate of tax applicable ?
Can we avail in put credit ?

You need not bother on having ST no. of awrdee.
You need to pay your share of ST & you can claim cenvat on same too.

Yes, Liability of service Tax is Separate for Both.
