In case of service provider & service receiver both are company....what is the applicability of service tax in case of security services??

in that case reversecharge not applicable

service provider have to claim total 12.36% of service tax in their bill and service provider only responsible to pay service tax fully to governement

if service provider is company then it is okay, but if service provider is other than company irrespective of their part of liability you need to discharge your part of liability
