Reverse charge in case of security services

22 October 2013 In case of service provider & service receiver both are company....what is the applicability of service tax in case of security services??

service provider have to claim total 12.36% of service tax in their bill and service provider only responsible to pay service tax fully to governement

But what if service provider doesnot charge service tax in the bill?

30 October 2013 if service provider is company then it is okay, but if service provider is other than company irrespective of their part of liability you need to discharge your part of liability
