in the case of sales return, can cst earlier charged can also be reversed?

The question is not clear. Any how, for sales return of interstate sales where CST is charged by you can be passed on to the buyer and reversed in your books, if such returns are within the period prescribed in your State.
The sales return can be claimed in your monthly return (CST).
