I have taken the ST credit on some services, but the service provider has neither deposited the service tax nor file the returns for 6 months, so what about the service tax credit now??

02 July 2011 Its not your duty. service provider has registered with service tax department. department will issue notice and recover from asessee with interest and penalty.
