I want to knw if revenue stamp not attached at vooucher for payment exceeding 5000.
Then What will be consequences?

It would be deemed as technical fault which can be cured by affixing revenue stamp later on also.
Upto 100 times penalty may be imposed of the amount of revenue stamp if default is found.
Go and rectify the default immediately.
