there is a cash payment of Rs.3600 and there are no supporting documents only the payment voucher issued by the company is available is any stamp duty required to validate the transaction?

Self voucher containing narration of the transaction, signed by the payor and payee is enough and revenue stamp is not required since the amount < Rs.5,000.
