25 November 2014 I have to file the return for p.y. 2012-13 & 2013-14.

I am working and get my salary certificate but I want to show income from tution fees also so which return should I file? please guide

25 November 2014 FOR FY 2012-13 the last date for filing the return without penalty was 31st March 2014. You still can file the return for that year but you will have to penalty of Rs 5000.
Please note that you can file the return for FY 2012-13 only till 31st March 2015. After that even if you file the return that will be invalid.

FOR FY 2013-14- you can file return without penalty till 31st March 2015. after that you can file the return with penalty till 31st March 2016 but with penalty of Rs 5000.

In both cases you will have to use ITR Form 4.

Please note that if you want to show loss in your tuition fees then it can be showed but cant be carried forward as the due date of filing of return is over in both the cases.
