Whether ITR 7 can be File online as like other ITR.
Recently I got some news that Income tax Department has developed Return preparation Utility on Excel Format as like Other ITR RPU????

You have incorrect information. ITR 7 is NOT available for e-filing.
It has to be filed manually.
