Could you please tell me can I submit now ITR (Taxable File) for A.Y. 2014-15. What will be the interest or penalty amount?

You can still file for AY 14-15 till march 2016. But if it is taxable than you will have to incur interest u/s 234A from the due date of return till the date of actual filing. The assessing officer may levy penalty also for not filing return within the end of assessment year especially since it is a taxable one.
