01 September 2014 I file the income tax return of a.y.2013-14 on 23.03.2014.. return is not submitted to cpc bangalore within 120 days. I want to revise the return.whether the return could be revise or not. thanks

01 September 2014 then ur return will be considered as invalid and no return is filed validly till now.

01 September 2014 You need to file the return again u/s 139(4). Earlier return is not valid. You can file return now but a maximum penalty of Rs 5000 u/s 271F may be imposed on you.
