respected,
i had filed paper return of AY- 2009-10 myself on proper date. i claimed the refund but still i dont get it. when i checked one year back the status of my AS26 there was difference in TDS by my employer i request my employer to correct it n he did the same. now AS26 is as per my filed return.its almost one year but still i don't get any intimation or refund from department.
what to do now?
can i request online for re-issue of refund or request for intimation u/s 143(1)?

You file a letter with you AO (i.e where you submitted you return) along with enclosure of Form 26AS printed copy.

There is no online system to submit. Then you send it through registered post with acknowledgment.
