20 December 2013 hello sir, m mohan sir my cousin uncle not filled return since last 5 yr n they have diposit money of more then 14 lack p.a. and there age was 72 year old so i want to know what are the provision for this if income tax notice is come??

20 December 2013 well, the provision is that such income, in cannot be proven to be otherwise, shall be taxable and your cousin uncle shall be required to pay taxes on it along with interest and penalties.
