I Made one Mistake in the Return Of AY 2014-15 which is as follow as:
i) In the Challan Date of Deposit was 31.03.2015. however I wrote 31.03.2014 but Challan no. & BSR Code is Write.
Is there Any Consequences..? Please Suggest ASAP.

I think you mean to say in challan Date of Deposit is 31.03.2015 but you wrongly entered the same in ITR as 31.03.2014.
There will not be any issue as the details will be traced based on BSR code and challan no. Also the tax will be reflected in 26AS.
Revised return not possible since you filed the belated return of AY 2014-15. (Date of Deposit of Tax is 31.03.2015, so return must have been filed on 31.03.2015).
