29 July 2013 TDS has been deducted of 1 assesse but 26AS is not showing.. Should He file return and claim for the TDS on the basis of salary details..... Form 16 has also not been received from his employer.. Pls Reply me as soon as possible ....

29 July 2013 If you do not get the form 16 file the return within due date based on your Salary Slip and claim TDS amount which has been deducted from you. If filed within due date you can revise it later u/s 139(5).
