One of my friend was filing return under 4S however during the year he has sold his shop which was purchased by him in the year 2005. Please advise whether I need to compute Capital Gain Tax applying index. Please also advise which Form I will have to use for filing the return as Form 4s do not have the field for showing the capital gain seperately.
