02 April 2014 I have to file my return of PY 2012-13,i know it can be filed up to 31.3.2015 but can it be filed after 31.3.2014 if I have to pay some taxes and I have not paid taxes till now.

02 April 2014 till 31.3.2014 is you have pay tax or tds deducted by others.

but till 31.3.2015 if your income below exempted limit .

My income is above the exemption limit n there is no tds deducted on my income, it means now I cannot file my return.

02 April 2014 yes it is taxable income you have to pay tax then you attract penality of rs. 5000/- for non filing of return.
