I have filed the assessee return for the A.Y. 2014-2015, but he wanted the return of A.Y. 2015-2016, and has paid tax of rs. 10000/- now i want remedy to adjust this amt for the next A.Y.?

ITR Forms for AY 2015-16 is under Preparation, they are likely to be available for e-filing by 3rd week of june 2015.

UPDATE: Order under section 119 of the income tax for assessment year 2015-16 reg. The CBDT in exercise of powers conferred under sec.119 of income tax act,1961, hereby the due date for filling returns in terms of clause(c) of explanation 2 to sub section (1) of section 139 of Income tax act 1961, for assesssment year 2015-16 from July 31,2015 to 31st August 2015 in respect of income tax assessess concerned. (order dated 10th June 2015)

for change in challan, you need to approach the jurisdictional AO. Only he has the power to change the challan details.
