Dear Sir, I have query There are two societies one is educational and other is charitable both are registered u/s 12 weather report under section 10B is to be submitted along with the ITR-7
2. wheater the ITR 7 is to filled for private discretionary trust having taxable income having a pan number of trust

1. ITR 7 is to be filed online. Same also applies for Form 10B
2. No, ITR 7 is not applicable to private discretionary trusts. you may use ITR5 for the same.
