In case of a non-corporate proprietorship firm, Whether the service tax return filing shedule is quarterly or half yearly?
and tax has to submit monthly basis or quarterly basis.

Please advise me.

09 April 2013 For Proprietorship Firm Service Tax to be deposited on Quarterly basis. Due date is 5th of succeeding quarter (6th in case of e-payment). For last quarter due date is 31st march.

Return to be filed half yearly. Presently due to introduction of new service tax regime from 01.07.2012. 1st half return has been divided into two quarterly returns.

09 April 2013 Actually, registration has been obtained in March 2013. And I wish to file Nil return. Whether it is possible right now to file nil return
or
it will be possible when department will provide new form for the same.
