In case of a non-corporate proprietorship firm, Whether the service tax return filing shedule is quarterly or half yearly?
and tax has to submit monthly basis or quarterly basis.
Please advise me.
Return to be filed half yearly. Presently due to introduction of new service tax regime from 01.07.2012. 1st half return has been divided into two quarterly returns.
