My friend's cpt result is withheld, due to registration problem. But after completing all the formalities still it is not disclosed even the institute has not replied to it.So now wat to do???

It is a serious matter. You are requested to have a chat with ICAI officials about this.
I would also advice you to visit nearest ICAI office and clarify your position in this regard.
