27 October 2010 in case of resolution for appointment of auditor, the amount of feees which needs to be quoted should be only astatutory audit fees or it can includes statutory audit fees,tax audit fees and income tax return filing fees.Kindly confirm.

It is all about statutory Audit Fee. However as per section 224(8):

For the purposes of section 224(8), any sums paid by the company in respect of the auditors' expenses shall be deemed to be included in the expression "remuneration".
