11 May 2012 I WANT TO KNOW WHAT TYPE OF BANK SHOULD AN INDIVIDUAL OPERATE IF HE IS INDIAN TOOK BIRTH IN INDIAN BUT CURRENTLY HAVING CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP. HE STAYS IN INDIA FOR MORE THAN 182 DAYS, THAN MEANS RESIDENT FOR INCOME TAX PURPOSES

THEREFORE NRE OR NRO WHICH IS BETTER....
ANY DIFFERENCE IF NO TRANSACTION IN ANY OF ACCOUNT...

11 May 2012 MY BROTHER HAS COMPLETED GRADUTION (B.COM)3 YEAR(IN COMMERECE STREEM) , I WANT TO KNOW THAT MY BROTHER CAN GIVE CA-CPT TEST OR NOT .ALSO THEY HAVE 62% MARKS.CAN HE WAS EXEMPT FROM CA-CPT . PLZ REPLY IMMEDIATELY.

On the same subject regarding exemption on the basis of graduation a notification was issued by institute but no further notification is available from institute. So i will suggest you to contact nearest institute for the same.

13 May 2012 @ Divya Sharma- Kindly check whether the individual is resident as per FEMA. If he becomnes resident as per FEMA then he is entitled to open normal saving account.
