If a person resident in India upto 31.3.2013 leaves india during the year 2013-14 on sabbatical leave to abroad.Period of stay in India is less than 182days in India. Whether the assessee is covered by explanation (a) to Section 6 of income tax act,1961(going on employment to abroad)???

Explanation (a) to Section 6 is NOT applicable in this case since the person has NOT taken up employment outside India.
