Residential flat let to manager of a bank

I have let a flat to a manager and the rent is being directly being paid by bank. Is it necessary to levy service tax on this account. Payment made by bank for manager's residential accommodation.

No, this is not liable to service tax since the same is covered under the Negative List of services
