03 December 2011 sir, i want to file dvat 38 but i want to know the process and requirments to file the dvat 38. so, sir pls tell me as soon as possible

This application for rectification of any error/mistakes in an assessment order can be filed within 30 days of passing the order. Take a form dvat38 fill it up pointing out the mistakes done by the officer and the correct calculation to be made ,the tax diffrence that arises etc and submit it to the same officer who has passed it.He will consider it nd take action.Keep a copy with you....MJK
