My assesse is co operative society required to get its accounts audited under co operative act, but for AY 2013-14 said audit is not conducted, whether tax auditor required to issue form 3CA? if yes whose name to be inserted in the field of Auditor name in 3CA.

3CA can't be issued for want of statutuory audit report.
