i have heard that in case of salaried employee who receive Form 16 A from their employer, they do not require to submit income tax return

1. It is applicable for AY 2011-12 and AY 2012-13.
It is NOT applicable for AY 2013-14.
2. Further conditions mentioned in the respective notifications have to be complied with.
Relevant notification numbers:
AY 2011-12 - 36/2011
AY 2012-13 - 9/2012
It is NOT applicable for AY 2013-14.
