09 March 2011 what are the points / issues to be kept in mind for filing first time return of income of trust??

if the trust was formed in the financial year say 2007-2008, does return of trust be filed lately this year? or how lately return of trust can be filed? does time period for filing late of return of income of trust be the same as is the case of with individual ie can be filed within one year from end of the relevant assessment year?

CAN RETURN FOR ASSESSMENT YEAR 2009-10 BE FILED BEFORE MARCH 2011 IN CASE OF TRUST ALSO???

13 March 2011 What is the difficulty in filing mandatory return on your own before the ITO Trust Ward wakes up and initiates penal proceedings for non-filing already delayed or time barred Returns; It is always advisable to act suo moto before any notice from the deptt. gets issued;
Go ahead and file all due Returns with Audit Reports !

can return for AY 09-10 be filed before march 2011 now? can return of income be also filed for AY 08-09??
