Dear Sir/ Madam
At present I am working in a Pvt.Company as a post of account Manager. On Dec-13 onwards, that the said company increase their share capitals from 4.90 crore to 6.40 crore.
Pl guide me applicability on appointment to a full time CS in Pvt. company for FY 2013-14.
Also impact the same in new companies Act-13 for fy 2014-15.

As per new Companies Act, No need to appoint Full time CS for Private company. In the earlier old act, It was not compulsory to appoint CS for private company.

We would like to remind you that every listed company and company having paid up share capital of Rs. 5 Cr. or more is required to appoint a whole time CS.
In your question you didnot mention nature of capital
if Authorise capital, than CS not required
if paid up capital, than CS required.
