representation before it authorities

10 October 2008 please, can you post me the format of authorisation to appear before the income tax authorities, under section 288 of the income tax act ? what is the value of stamp paper on which the authorisation should be ?

10 October 2008 BEFORE THE ASST COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX.MUMBAI

We abc ltd having our regd office at 12/20 m.g road,Bombay hereby appoint m/s xyz &co, chartered accountants having their office at 10/45, k.k road ,Bombay to represent us in connection with our incometax assessment for the assessment year 2007-08 and to produce and take back books of accounts, to file documents ,evidences etc for our behalf. Their actions and explanations will be binding on us.

In kerala the stamp value is Rs.50/-.In other states depends on their own stamp act.
