I want to know that in case of pvt.ltd co. audit reort should be adressed to bod or share holder? pls help.

There are two type of auditors:
1- Internal auditor- Internal auditor is appointed by the management (BOD) of the company. In this case report should be addressed to the BOD.
2- Statutory auditors- Statutory auditors are appointed by the shareholders and they should addressed their report to shareholders.
