20 September 2016 there is no any standard format as such.
you can wrrite a simple letter like.....
in responce to your notice dated xxxxxx numbered xxxxxx, i submit the following for your perusal and record.
The capital gain arising out of sale of agricultural land is exempt u/s so and so..........
