24 May 2012 good morning to all experts,
i have a query abt. tds on pension, supoose a men is retired army captian age of this man 67 years.after retirement he did not job anywhere. he rec. only pension 20000 per month. than will he rec. pension deduct tds.if yes than where he will get form 16a.and sir how what is the percentage of deducting tds . will tds deduct from slab rate

25 May 2012 yes uncomutted pension is chargable under salaries and so tds will be deducted U/s 192.
Based on annual estimate of salary tds would be deducted.
Person paying salary and deducting tds would provide form 16 a.

sir can you calculate that what will be my total tax liablity
turn over - 15000000
salary- 500000
depriciation 10000

than sir can calculate my tax liablity for the fy. 2012-2013
