My factory is old by 15 year. Now i had did repairs & maintence exps Rs.10 lcas I want to expenses out this instead of capitalised Can i do ?

The test to be applied to decide whether it should be capitalized or charged to PL in a case like this is whether it will enhance the useful life of the asset concerned.
