If it is not your regular business then come under under income from house property.

Regular busines means? i have one shopping complex and it is let out to certain tenants.
No other business i have.

Regular business means if you are engaged in the business of building shopping complexes and renting them out then it will come under business income. If it's not then it will come under income from house property.
