Remuneration received by members of parliament (MLA) from the government would be taxable under the head Income from Salaries or Other Sources?

Salary received by a person as MP or MLA is taxable as "Income from other sources".However, salary as Minister of State/Central Government,shall be charged to tax under the head "Income from Salaries".
