can an NRI remit any amount to his/her resident's country without any Restrictions which is accrue or arise in india in indian currency?

if non resident earns income accruing or arising in india then it is taxable in india subject to basic slab exemption

there is limit for all current account and capital account transaction mentioned in FEMA act 1999
