Relinquishment of share of father's property.

My sister thinks I keep an eye on my father's property. But I have neither the intention nor any desire of any property.

So, What Document do I need to execute to relinquish my right in any of my father's property? {My father wont remove my name from his will}

26 March 2021 The question of relinquishment will arise once you have an antecedent title to the property. At present, your father living, his property belongs to himself with rights to dispose tha same as he desires.
