The religeous places, regstered with Charitable Commissioner, are generally managed by Managing Committee elected by General Body Meetings.
Is is mandatory to have "Trustee" or the President / Secretary can be considerted as trustee of such body?

Every trust registered with CBDT shall have board of trustees and decision will be made in meeting of such trustees.
President or secretary cannot act as trustee unless it is specified in trust deed to act in dual capacity
