Wt is the maxmimum time limit for submission of Form 'C' under CST ACt and Rules.
Wt will be ways / method for getting relaxation in submission of Form 'C' form to sales tax authorities.

Mr. A Bansal,
It is three months only asper rule 7 of CST Rules(R&T).Under the same rule you can also request concerned authority for condonation of delay,with specific grounds,and if it is satisfactory, he may grant some more time.
