Sir,
I sought permission from icai through articles registration.but I till now not joined in that icwai course my cwa registration also cancelled .now I have received letter from icai in that mentioned submit 112 form along with 1000DD nd proof of joining CWA during articles hip I don't done any couse.p ls suggest me now I require to pay condonation fee

if you have NOT joined and do NOT intend to join, you can inform so to ICAI

Sir I will send letter to icai I don't know letter print in letter head of my articles firm or normal

write a letter on a plain paper, stating the facts as you mentioned in your query. Also request to set aside form 112 as the same is no more needed....right? Do not forget to attach the copy of the letter received from ICAI
