A Pvt Ltd & B Pvt Ltd are related parties. B Pvt Ltd's 100% income comes from services provided to A Pvt. Ltd. What are the provisions & Compliance that needs to be followed in this regard under Companies Act 2013.

specially take care to nil the closing balance as its march ending.. so u must hve zero outstanding balance at the year end...
