Sir in related party transaction section 188 of Co act 2013. In definition of related party,,a firm in which director or manager or his relative is a partner is a related party.
My question is whether manager include key managerial person...?
Pls help in this regard

the ans is no as manager and key managerial person are 2 different aspects.
manager is included in key managerial person and there are others in this.
