i had filed a nil service tax return which has been filled with in 90 days i had revised the return but after the ninty days from the date of orignal filing date my revised return has been rejected what should i will do plz help

As per my view you should visit your service tax range officer with the following documents:
1.Acknowledgement copy of Original Return.
2.Status of Revised Return being shown as rejected,which shows the date of filing of revised return is within the time limit of 90 days.
3.Request letter to consider the revised return .
May be the officer can do something.
