Dear Sir,
One of my customs clearance agent given bill for export shipment, but he given only he bill include all reimbursement expenses. But he is not given support bills As per IT act support bills is required or not ? please guide me

Supporting bills are required. Even xerox is valid.
If he is denying then tell him to deduct TDS on his reimbursement bill. Then he will come forward to give all bills. This's trick which was worked in my past case.
