Regular degree with articleship

06 August 2015 sir i have recently completed my CA-IPCC and degree 2nd year(regular),my collage timings are 9am to 1pm,but my collage gives me permission to leave a class by 10:30am, so now,will ICAI gives me permission to continue my regular degree with articles by submitting form 112...or i should quit degree

06 August 2015 Rather than ICAI, you need to find out a CA whose office timing is not overlapping with your college timing and which is same for all his/her other articled clerks. If that is possible, you can submit form 112. Else you can also think of doing the degree EXTERNALLY. In either case, do NOT forget to inform ICAI.

06 August 2015 but icai clearly mention that 11am to 5pm articleship timings will be..

07 August 2015 ICAI mentions that the timing should be same for all the other articled under that CA.

Anyway, you can do the B Com externally, no issues. Please do not forget to inform the course you are undertaking during your articleship.
