Who can audit accounts of a society?
Is it necessary to register under 12A to get registration under 80G?
What if the company has not yet filed return for Fy 2011-12 till yet, can it apply for 80G?

I PRESUME THAT THE COMPNAY IS A CHARITABLE INSTITUTION REGISTERED UNDER SECTION 25 OF THE COMPANIES ACT.
A FIRM OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT HAS TO MAKE THE AUDIT.
YOU CAN FILE APPLICATION FOR SECTION 12A ALONG WITH 80G BUT YOU HAVE TO JUSTIFY THE DELAY IN CODONATION PETITION.
IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FILING OF RETURN OF INCOME THOUGH IF YOU HAVE POSITIVE INCOME BEFORE REGISTRATION, YOU HAVE TO PAY TAX
